Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Identify potential locations in coordination with Indian Oil.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and obtain necessary permissions.
- Plan counter layout and infrastructure requirements.
- Arrange procurement, installation, branding, and signage per IOCL standards.
- Recruit and train staff, manage daily kiosk operations.
- Ensure timely launch, stock, hygiene, and safety.
- Monitor sales, prepare reports, coordinate with suppliers and HO.
- Ensure compliance with AIPL and IOCL norms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing, 3+ years experience in business development or retail management.

- Maintain quality and packaging standards.
- Monitor staff performance in supply chain tasks.
- Prepare supply and dispatch reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Logistics/Supply Chain, 2+ years experience in inventory management.
